The Bear Pizzeria by Percub was born from the dream of two young entrepreneurs who left their home country and families behind in search of a better future. With nothing but determination and a passion for building something meaningful, they dedicated themselves to learning every aspect of the restaurant industry.

After years of working with Italian pizzas and continuously seeking to improve, one of the founders took on overnight shifts while still working full-time during the day. It was during those late nights that he met his business partner, someone equally driven by the desire to create opportunities and achieve the American dream.

In October 2025, The Bear Pizzeria by Percub became a reality.

Our mission has always been simple: serve honest food made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Through years of experience in the delivery industry, we learned that great products start with great suppliers. Today, we work with premium vendors trusted by larger companies and personally travel—even when it means spending hours on the road—to source the ingredients we believe our customers deserve.

While we still maintain our daytime jobs, we dedicate our evenings to The Bear. That is why, for now, our doors open at night—a sacrifice we gladly make to continue building our dream.

P.D.:The name The Bear Pizzeria was inspired by the TV series The Bear on Prime Video. The story, passion, and dedication portrayed in the series resonated deeply with us and reflected the entrepreneurial journey we were beginning.
